CUMBERLAND TOWNSHIP ATM BREAK-IN |

Police are continuing to investigate an ATM break-in that occurred in Cumberland Township, and a reward has been offered. Cumberland Township Police reported that one or more unidentified subjects gained entry to the Allstar Events Complex, 2638 Emmitsburg Road, sometime Saturday, January 23, 2010 or Sunday, January 24, 2010 and removed an undisclosed amount of cash from an ATM located in the facility’s lobby.
Police stated it appeared an electric power saw was employed in the attempt to cut through the front latches. An investigating officer also noted two exterior doors to the complex that appeared to have recent damage.
