STRABAN TOWNSHIP HIT & RUN ACCIDENT |

A reward is being offered for information regarding a hit and run accident that occurred Saturday April 17, 2010 in Straban Township. According to State Police Trooper Cpl. James R. Graham, an unidentified driver operating a vehicle believed to have been a gray Nissan Pathfinder, was traveling south on Shealer Road around 8:40 p.m. when the driver rear-ended a 1992 Honda Civic being operated by Justin Pollock, 21, between Hunterstown Road and Route 30. As Pollock and his passengers attempted to exit the struck vehicle, the unidentified driver struck the driver side door and fled south on Shealer Road. Pollock suffered minor injuries, while passenger Theresa Pollack suffered moderate injuries. An 11-year-old female passenger was uninjured.
