LATIMORE TOWNSHIP ATTEMPTED ROBBERY |

Police are seeking information regarding an attempted armed robbery that occurred Tuesday June 1, 2010 in Latimore Township. According to the Latimore Township Police Department, a male subject entered the Shell gas station, 250 Ridge Road, Latimore Township, around 11:42 p.m. and demanded money. The suspect advised the clerk that he was armed with a gun, which was not displayed. The subject left the store without any money, and fled in a vehicle traveling north on Route 15. The suspect was described as a black male with a thin build, 5’10” in height,, wearing a white t-shirt, faded blue jeans, white sneakers, and a black knit hat with a white rag or bandanna over his face. The man was also carrying a black plastic trash bag. Adams County Crime Stoppers has offered a cash reward for information leading to the solution of the crime.
